The Daco 3 - inline turret rewinder

The Daco 3 series inline turret rewinder is a very flexible converting machine. The 3 spindle turret offers quick change over times, which coupled with a touch screen HMI operator interface makes the machine both interactive and user friendly.

The operator can select from either length or a given number of labels per roll and the machine will then automatically cut and transfer the web without stopping. The finished rolls are automatically ejected from the machine automatically leaving the operator only to load cores. 

When used inline the machine can be simply positioned at the end of any rotary press, (no inter-linking is required), and with just an electrical and pneumatic supply it is ready for production.

There is a host of optional equipment which enables you to specify a very adaptable converting line.
