The SRV is the ideal inspection platform with several options enabling you to specify a machine for your specific requirements. The servo driven rewinder has a host of features that makes the rewind process both quick and simple.
Benefits
The Daco SRV label inspection slitter rewinder is a fully servo-driven rewinder. The rewinder, with its large intuitive 12.1″ colour touchscreen control and its localised controls, makes the machine ergonomically suited to operators.
The Daco SRV label inspection rewinder slitter rewinder offers both flexibility and high performance with a maximum web speed of 300m/min (984 ft/min). The unique design of this inspection rewinder includes a quick, make-ready rotary scissor slitting unit with knife separation and lateral adjustment or an automatic knife positioning system.
The large servo driven 820mm (32″) unwind with closed loop tension control is available with a roll lifter. The servo-driven rewind has a diameter of 500mm (19.68″), can be upgraded if required, and has a programmable web advance and lay-on roller.
A BST electronic web guidance system ensures that your finished rolls are perfectly wound, and an adjustable splicing table with pneumatic interlocked clamps is also standard, enabling splices to be made neatly and efficiently.
With the addition of a vision system, labels are inspected by the camera, defective labels can be removed, and optionally an accumulator can be added so that reinspection can be performed by passing the replaced label(s) back under the camera to give true a 100% inspection and inspection of all labels. The SRV inspection rewinder is available with different web path configurations to stop any detected fault before going through the slitting station.
