Daco DT250 Tabletop Slitter Rewinder

The Daco DT 250 tabletop slitter rewinder was introduced to the product range of tabletop equipment by Daco Solutions in January 2002.  Customers were asking on a regular basis for a cost effective and simple to use label slitting machine.  Daco firmly believes that the DT 250 label rewinder fulfils this role and includes a range of options to increase the flexibility of the slitter rewinder further.

The Daco DT250 tabletop label slitter rewinders compact size and short web path keeps wastage to a minimum, the silicone covered nip drive roller helps to keep down time to a minimum as labels can not attach themselves to the roller.  The DT250 slitter rewinder has pneumatic independent control of both the unwind and rewind tensions.  Rotary slitting with on the run lateral adjustment is fitted as standard and a splice table makes web splices both simple and quick.

• The draw roller is driven by a 1.5Kw (2 hp) motor.

• 3 quick set rotary scissor slitting knives (shear knife).
• Minimum slit width: 13mm (0.51")
• Lateral knife adjustment: +/- 8mm (0.31")
• Removable interlock cutter guard for easy access to the slitting knives and anvils.
