Lynk Data Systems Install A Daco PLD350

After a purchase of a Daco DTD250 10 years earlier Lynk Data placed it trust in Daco Solutions to manufacture a high specification Daco PLD350 semi-automatic turret rewinder for its expanding plain label division.

Dave Meredith and John Meyers visited the Daco Solutions factory and a local client to view several machines in production prior to making their decision to purchase the Daco PLD350.  The final specification includes a UL350 1m high capacity unwind to keep roll changes to a minimum, RotoMetrics die pressure gauges, back scoring system for  edge trim removal and a full range of air mandrels to support their client’s needs.

Lynk Data Systems sell barcode solutions to manufacturers, retailers and warehousing.  Previously small volumes were manufactured in house and larger volumes of labels were purchased trade.  Dave Meredith commented ‘We can now supply a full range of labels to our clients for all of their desktop and industrial label printers.  We sell Toshiba Tec, Zebra Godex, Sato to name a few and the Codesoft Teklynk barcode label software‘.

The machine was installed in February 2016 and within a few hours of installation the machine was in full production.
