Launch of the Daco ‘FLX350’ at Labelexpo Europe 2011

Daco Solutions will launch the Daco ‘FLX350’, a servo-driven single colour flexo press with re-register capabilities at Labelexpo Europe 2011 (stand 7K135). The Daco FLX350 can take digital print from a variety of digital/inkjet presses, apply a spot or flood coat varnish or overlaminate and die-cut to register.

It is also capable of producing single colour flexo labels and die-cut or using the re-register system adds further colours, or just simply die-cut plain labels.

Also on show will be the ever popular Daco DTD250 table top rotary die cutter that is capable of die cutting, slitting and producing finished rolls all in one pass. Clients Worldwide are using the DTD250 to produce short run work for the ever growing thermal transfer label market.

The PLD250 semi-automatic turret rewinder will be demonstrated die cutting labels and rewinding onto 25mm (1”) cores. The machine is proving to be the ideal solutions for small roll production such as price gun labels and weigh scale labels.
