Daco Solutions Machine Upgrades For Labelexpo Europe 2017

We have upgraded several machines in the Daco Solutions range of label converting equipment to make them more productive and to add features to help the machine operators in their daily tasks.

We have upgraded the infeed and die station for the Daco PLD350 and we have also increased the rewind diameter of the machine to 340mm (13.38″).  The PLD350 is a very production plain label machine with a 3 spindle semi automatic turret rewinder.

Both the Daco DTD250 rotary die cutter and Daco DT250 slitter rewinder now have a servo driven rewind.  This has removed the pneumatic clutch which had wearable parts and now the servo rewind has removed the need for any maintenance on the rewind.

Our entry level SR350 / 430 inspection / slitter rewinder now has colour touch screen control, this was previously an option and enables fully automatic tension control, a larger range of counting options, job storage and machine system messaging.  We have also added pneumatic interlocked web clamps to the splice table rather than the previous mechanical version making splicers easier and quicker for the operator.

The table top DTD250R die cut to register for digital print finishing has been upgraded to allow a larger range of tooling to be utilised from existing printing presses a client may have.  The die station has full lateral adjustment and the rewind is now servo driven.
