Daco Unwind / Rewind Modules

The unwinds and rewinds are designed to make roll handling safer for the operator and enables presses with a smaller unwinds to keep roll changes to a minimum.  This reduces waste and greatly improves downtime adding to profitability.

Web widths 250mm (10″), 330mm (13″), 410mm (16″) and 508mm (20″)

762mm (30″) modular unwind

A 762mm (30") modular unwind with an E & L electronic web guide with an integrated splice table.

The unwind is available as an option on the Daco DSI rotary die cutter and the DCR die cut to register machine.  The unwind can also be retro fitted to many other types of printing and converting equipment.

The unwind is available as an option on the Daco DSI rotary die cutter and the DCR die cut to register machine.  The unwind is fitted as standard to the Daco HSI inspection rewinders and the TD plain label converter.  The unwind can also be retro fitted to many other types of printing and converting equipment.
