The Daco DTD250 rotary die cutter uses a very short web path helping keep wastage to a minimum and with a web speed of 150m (492 ft.) minute is the ideal solution to short run plain label production.
The Daco D250 utilises a 700mm (27.5″) unwind helping keep roll changes to a minimum and a web speed of 175m (575 ft.) minute. Both machines use the common Mark Andy 2200 rotary die and die adaptors are available for the Edale Alpha, Edale Beta, KDO (K2) die cylinders (other available upon request). With make ready times of around 5 minutes depending of job type, clients are reporting that they can now increase profit margins through improved web speeds, lower machine costs, reduced wastage and decreased make ready times.
