In order to design converting equipment that meets the clients requisites, we firstly we discuss with the client the particular problem they wish to solve or application they require.

From the consultation we then do a feasibility study and make a proposal to the client for the design of the converting equipment, this may include several alternatives to the solution.

After further discussion with the client we then prepare drawings of the proposed equipment.

The Daco design staff use the latest Solid Edge 3D CAD software to prepare drawings of the proposed converting equipment for our in house manufacturing facility.

The client is kept fully informed with the ongoing process regarding the converting machines development and changes are made if needed

In house manufacturing of parts for our product range and bespoke converting equipment projects allows us to keep control of quality and the work flow to keep machine deliveries on schedule.
