Cleaning System for Flexographic Ink Trays, Doctor Blades and Ancillary Parts.

One Caroflex Swift can service several flexographic label presses, improving make ready and adding to your bottom line.  Do not have press operators waiting for clean ink pans, ink pans can be cleaned while the press is being made ready.

How it Caroflex Swift Works.

Cleaning solution is pumped into the machine quickly and efficiently with it's own inbuilt pump valve.  Once automatically filled the Caroflex Swift can be loaded ready for the cleaning cycle.  When activated the cleaning solution is jetted directly on to the trays and ancillary parts via a series of spray nozzles and collected into it's own filtered reservoir where it is recycled back into the machine. This solution can be effectively used over and over again until such point as necessitates a change of the solution. (Heavy usage, usually after a 6-8 week period).

When a change of solution is required, a simple valve can be opened to pump the waste liquid into a container ready for eco-friendly disposal. The "no-mess" system of the Caroflex Swift means a clean and safe working environment for your employees.

The new solution is then pumped into the machine via the turn of a valve from a container placed on the floor next to the machine, avoiding any manual lifting problems.

The fully automatic cleaning operation couldn't be more simple:

1. Open the machine cover.
2. Load dirty ink trays onto the carousel and doctor blades / ancillary parts into the cleaning basket.
3. Close the machine cover.
4. Select the cleaning time and press the cycle start button.
5. The quick 5-10 minute wash cycle begins automatically.
6. On completion of cleaning cycle, open machine cover.
7. Remove the ink trays, doctor blades and ancillary parts and wipe dry.
8. The machine is then ready for its next batch of parts for cleaning.
