Vale Labels Install a Daco DTR330 Rewinder

Vale Labels Ltd, manufacturers of high quality digital and hot foil labels on rolls, install a Daco DTR330 Label Rewinder.

Having looked around at various rewinders from many different manufacturers it soon became apparent that typical inspection / slitter rewinders were not suited to short run digital finishing, the web path was just too long.

Daco Solutions sign an order with Sapir Sprint, Israel, for a Daco DTD250

Daco Solutions sign an order with Sapir Sprint, Israel, for a Daco DTD250 within the first 30 minutes of the doors opening at Labelexpo Europe 2011.

Sapir Sprint produce thermal transfer labels for a range of desktop and industrial printers.  Ronen Gidony ‘we bought one of the first Daco DTD250 machines back in 2003 when the machine was first introduced to the market by Daco.  The machine was and still is one of the workhorses of our production facility and we ordered a further DTD250 in the summer of 2011.’ more…

 
Launch of the Daco ‘DF330′ at Labelexpo Europe 2011

Daco Solutions will launch the Daco ‘DF330′, a servo-driven single color flexo press with re-register capabilities at Labelexpo Europe 2011 (stand 7K135).  The DF330 can take digital print from a variety of digital /inkjet presses, apply a spot or flood coat varnish or overlaminate and die-cut to register.

We are often asked by clients if we are able to offer used Label Finishing and Printing Presses.

Daco for sometime have offered equipment that has been part-exchanged against equipment from our range of Inspection / Slitter Rewinders, Rotary Die Cutters and Turret Rewinding Equipment.

If you have equipment either now or in the future, please complete our online surplus equipment form and we will pass the equipment details to any potential clients.

Daco SR330 Inspection Rewinder Installation Tver, Russia

Printing house “Laguna” specialises in producing both filmic and PSA labels.  The technical capability of Laguna allows it to produce labels of any complexity and to print on any self adhesive substrates.

During April 2011 UV Service engineers installed and trained the operators in the use of a Daco SR330 rewinder, manufactured by British company Daco Solutions at premises of Laguna. more…
